(d) Grandparents shall be permitted to purchase Household Season Passes and list grandchildren who are visiting them during the swimming pool season. All grandchildren shall be considered a separate member of the household and a pass shall not be transferable from one grandchild to another.
(e) The Village Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with the Yellow Springs Sea Dogs Swim Team regarding the use of the pool by said swim team. Sea Dogs agree to pay for the services of any lifeguards required for home swim meets.
