1062.02 WHEELING GAUNT MEMORIAL PARK.

Plan One for the Development of the Gaunt Land shall be a guide for the future establishment of recreational facilities thereon. This land shall be known as the Wheeling Gaunt Memorial Park, and the Village Manager is empowered to expend appropriated funds as available for the implementation of Plan One and may accept other funds for further implementation of this Plan when offered.
