1021.18 NONENFORCEMENT AND WAIVERS BY VILLAGE.

The permittee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter by reason of any failure of the Municipality to enforce prompt compliance. However, the Village Manager may, in individual instances and upon a request in writing establishing hardship and for good cause shown, waive, in writing, any requirements of this chapter.
