SECTION 88. ORDINANCES CONTINUED IN FORCE.

All ordinances and resolutions of Council and rules and regulations of the Planning Commission in force at the time of the taking effect of this Charter, not inconsistent with its provisions, shall continue in full force and effect until amended or repealed.
