1406.01 BUILDING DIVISION.

The City's Building Division, through the Chief Building Official and other duly authorized inspectors, shall enforce the provisions of the City's building and housing codes, including the provisions of the OBC and the RCO and any other codes adopted by reference in the OBC and RCO.
