(a) Penalties. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or the Building Code adopted herein for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, or fails to comply with any lawful order issued pursuant thereto, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. Each day during which noncompliance or a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Abatement Action. The City may institute proceedings to abate the nuisance of failure to cease work after receipt of an adjudication order as referred to in Section 1420.03(b).
(c) Injunction. For any violation of Section 1420.02(d) of this chapter, the City may institute proceedings pursuant to ORC Chapter 3767. to enjoin the public nuisance.
