§ 1040.04 DRONES.

(a) Special Events. No drone shall be used in any City park during any City-sponsored community event, other community event, or special event without the prior permission of the City Manager.

(b) Prohibitions. No person shall operate any drone in any City park in a manner that poses a danger to persons or property, or in any manner that disturbs or interferes with the use of the park by others.
