§ 1021.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this Chapter. The City may contract with Greene County Public Health or other outside agency to conduct inspections, monitor, and assist with enforcement actions.
