(a) Penalties. Whoever violates any provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Damages. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be liable to the City for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the City by reason of such violation, in addition to the penalties provided in division (a) hereof.
