§ 1422.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.
   (a)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, including the OBOA One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code, as adopted in § 1422.01, or fails to comply with any lawful order issued pursuant thereto, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. In addition, the violator shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case.
   (b)   The application of the penalty provided in subsection (a) of this section shall not be deemed to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or the application of any other equitable remedy.
