Wherever the term
BUILDING OFFICIAL or ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY appears in the OBOA One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code, as adopted in § 1422.01, it shall be deemed to mean the Code Enforcement Officer of the city or his or her duly authorized agent. Wherever the term MUNICIPALITY, CITY or LOCAL JURISDICTION appears in such code, it shall be deemed to mean the City of Xenia.
