(a) In addition to any other fees imposed pursuant to this chapter, enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter may be by civil action or by complaint in the Municipal Court.
(b) The failure or omission to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or the failure to pay fees assessed by § 1064.03, shall constitute a violation of law.
(c) In addition to any other penalty imposed by this section, the court may, in its discretion, order that the automatic dialing device or system be disconnected upon a finding that the device or system continues to be defective in violation of this chapter.
