§ 1062.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this Chapter, such a person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both.
   (b)   Pursuant to Section 698.04 of the General Offenses Code, an organization that violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a first offense and not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) for any subsequent offense.
