§ 1062.20 CONDUCT IN PARKS AND AT CITY SPORTS PROGRAMS.
   (a)   No person shall conduct himself or herself, by word or act, in a riotous, disorderly, boisterous or other manner so as to disturb the peace and good order; lay a hand upon, push, shove, strike or threaten to strike an official; refuse to abide by an official's decision; heap personal verbal abuse upon any official; use unnecessarily rough tactics in the play of the game against the person of an opposing player; make objectionable demonstrations of dissent at an official's decision by throwing gloves, bats or personal equipment or by taking any other forceful or violent action; use profane, obscene or vulgar language; smoke on the playing field or court or during a game; permit anyone to remain in the dugout or on the players' bench who is not a playing member of the team, a manager or a scorekeeper; appear on the playing field or court in an intoxicated condition; gamble upon any play or the outcome of a game; or loiter in the vicinity of a restroom.
   (b)   No person shall enter facilities in a park provided for the exclusive use of the opposite sex; resist, obstruct or abuse a police officer while such police officer is engaged in the lawful execution of his or duties; make an indecent exposure of his or her person; assault or threaten another in a menacing matter; or strike or wound another.
