§ 1062.16 TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall use any portion of a park for purposes of a right-of-way, except drives, roadways, paths, walks and trails established as bridle paths, foot paths or bicycle paths, and the same shall not be used for any other traffic.
   (b)   No person shall operate or cause to be operated any type of self-propelled vehicle or motorized vehicle, or any vehicle which is moved by animal or human power, over or upon any foot path, bridle path or turf area that is not specifically designated for such activities.
   (c)   No person shall park or store any motor car, motor vehicle, bicycle, wagon, trailer or other vehicle within any traveled roadway in a park or upon any sod, gravel or other surface not specifically designated for parking. Parking shall be permitted in designated areas only. Park maintenance, emergency and law enforcement vehicles are exempted from this subsection.
   (d)   No person shall test, repair, wash or wax any vehicle or mechanical device within a park.
   (e)   No person shall fail to yield to an emergency or public safety vehicle engaged in a law enforcement or rescue capacity.
