§ 1062.15 GO-KARTS, ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND OTHER NONREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLES.

No person shall operate, within a park, any go-kart, all-terrain vehicle, motorized bike, swamp buggy, motor vehicle normally considered a race car or any other type of motor vehicle which is not customarily registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Ohio.
