§ 1062.09 REMAINING IN PARK AFTER CLOSING; POSTING OF HOURS.
   (a)   No person shall remain in a park between sunset and sunrise, prevailing local time, except in an emergency or with special permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation or his or her designated agent.
   (b)   The hours during which a park or any part thereof shall be open to the public shall be conspicuously posted at an appropriate place in the park. The Director shall be authorized to close any park or part thereof for public safety or when some other emergency requires the same.
   (c)   No person shall enter into or remain in an area of a park at a time when such area is not open to the public.
   (d)   The Director or his or her designated agent may temporarily close or curtail any activity or use upon any lands or waters in a park, or any portion thereof, when it has been deemed to be necessary and in the best interests of public safety, conduct, health or order.
   (e)   Open hours for acceptable uses of bikeways, transportation corridors and linear parks shall be established by the Board for Recreation, Arts and Cultural Activities and posted at facility entrances.
