§ 1062.05 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (a)   No person shall collect in a body or crowd within the confines of a nature reserve, preserve or sanctuary for unlawful purposes or in riotous assemblage or with intent to annoy, harass or inflict property damage or bodily injury upon any person or any park property.
   (b)   No person shall beg, hawk, peddle or solicit within a park.
   (c)   No person shall willfully assault or commit bodily injury upon another while in a park, or otherwise menace, harass, or haze any person, or be engaged in or abet or aid in any fight, quarrel or other disturbance.
   (d)   No person shall, within a park, gamble or drink, sell, possess or offer for sale any intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverage, or be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverage as that concept is defined under ORC 4511.19 and Section 434.01 of the Traffic Code.
   (e)   No person shall smoke, drink, have injected into himself or herself or otherwise use or possess any type of illegal drug, opiate or hallucinogen, or related paraphernalia, within a park.
   (f)   No person shall knowingly use obscene, profane or abusive language for the purpose of annoying, harassing or causing injury to another person while in any park.
   (g)   No person shall, with willful or wanton disregard for safety, endanger the life of another person in any way, or cause the injury or threaten the personal safety of any person within or adjacent to any park.
