(a) No person shall appear in a park in a state of nudity, or commit, perform or engage in any lewd, lascivious, obscene or indecent act or behavior therein, and no person shall make any indecent exposure of his or her person therein.
(b) No person shall solicit any sexual acts or solicit or ask anyone to commit, perform or engage in any lewd, lascivious or indecent act or behavior.
(c) No person shall bring into a park, or display or leave behind therein, any photograph, publication or apparatus of a lewd, lascivious, obscene, indecent or pornographic nature.
