(a) No person shall cause serious physical harm to, or remove any property or equipment owned, leased or managed by, the City of Xenia.
(b) No person shall deface, destroy or remove any tree, flower, shrub or other vegetation or any fruit or seed thereof, or any rock, mineral or fossil, or any archaeological feature. Collecting shall be by permit only, for research and noncommercial purposes.
(c) No person shall knowingly accelerate a motor vehicle for the purpose of causing the tires to spin, mark or squeal or to deface the park roadway surface or turf.
