The penalties provided in this Chapter are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable Federal, State, or local law, and it is within the discretion of the City to seek cumulative remedies. If an Owner/Operator has violated or continues to violate this Chapter, the City may institute an appropriate action, whether in law or in equity, to restrain, correct or abate a violation, or petition for an injunction, to any court of competent jurisdiction.
