§ 1042.32 COMBINATION SERVICE; FAILURE TO PAY.

When one or more persons are supplied with water from the same service pipes, and one of the persons so supplied fails to pay the bills when due, or fails to comply with the rules of the Division of Water and Wastewater, the water shall be shut off from such service pipes without liability in damage to any of the other persons served by such pipes.
