No private fire hydrant shall be set without the approval and inspection of the Fire Chief and the Division of Water and Wastewater. Where private fire hydrants are installed by the consumer, the cost of such installation shall be borne by the consumer. The private consumer shall pay the Division of Water and Wastewater a charge as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances.
