If a plumber’s license is provided by ordinance, any plumber who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the rules and regulations adopted with respect to the Division of Water and Wastewater is subject to deprivation of his or her license by the City Manager. Such forfeiture shall extend to and include any person or company interested in the business or in the employ thereof, and no plumber shall allow his or her name to be used by any other person or persons, directly or indirectly, either for the purpose of obtaining permits or to do any work under his or her license, in connection with the Division of Water and Wastewater.
