The Division of Water and Wastewater shall have the right to shut off water for repairs or tests and will not be responsible for any accident or damage which may result from the discontinuance of service. Persons using steam boilers, gas engines or other equipment, whose operation depends on a supply of water directly from the service pipes, should provide a storage of sufficient water to operate for a reasonable period of time.
