No service for domestic use will be placed by the Division of Water and Wastewater, at any premises, less in size than three-fourths of an inch. Where a larger service is desired, the proper sized meter shall be placed to fit the service. Where there is more than one building or commercial or residential unit occupying the same building served by one service line, the meters to the divided service shall be installed according to specifications prescribed by the Code Enforcement Officer and the Director of Public Service.
