§ 1040.13 NEW ACCOUNT INITIATION FEE.

A charge in the amount set forth in Part Two, Title Twelve, Chapter 298, of these Codified Ordinances shall be added to the consumer's utilities account when a new utilities account is created on the Utility Billing System via the addition of a new service address or the finaling out of an existing account.
