§ 1040.12 DELINQUENT INACTIVE ACCOUNTS SENT TO DEBT COLLECTION AGENCIES.

A charge in the amount set forth in Part Two, Title Twelve, Chapter 298, of these Codified Ordinances shall be added to the consumer's inactive utilities account if the inactive utilities account becomes more than fifteen (15) days past due and the account is sent to a debt collection agency.
