Charges for water service, sewer rental, sanitary service, and stormwater management service shall be consolidated on a single bill. Utility bills shall be paid monthly, as determined by the Director of Finance. The due date on the utilities bill shall not be less than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of billing. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to determine billing dates with regard to the workload of obtaining and entering meter readings for billing, provided that the amount that is due for any such service at the first payment period after the Finance Director has designated such billing dates shall be computed on the basis of a per diem proration of such charges. Any customer disputing the correctness of their bill may present orally or in writing their complaint and contentions to the Utility Billing Office.
