No person shall construct or repair any sidewalk, curb, driveway or gutter without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Director of Public Service. The construction permit fee shall be as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances, and the repair permit fee shall be as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances.
