§ 1022.02 CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE; REVOCATION; TRADEMARK.
   No person shall contract with a property owner or agent thereof for the construction or repair of any sidewalk, curb or gutter, or any other structure within the public streets or grounds of the city, without first obtaining a license therefor from the Director of Public Service. The license fee shall be as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances, for a period of one year. The license may be revoked by the Director of Public Service upon his or her determination, and upon giving notice to the licensee, in writing, that the construction or repair is not in accordance with the construction and material specifications of the City Engineer on file in the office of the Director of Public Service. A contractor shall, where feasible, place a visible and permanent identification or trademark upon the sidewalks, curbs or gutters constructed or repaired by him or her.
