§ 886.08 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Housing Officer under this Chapter may appeal to the CRA Housing Council, which shall have the authority to overrule any decision of the Housing Officer. Appeals may be taken from a decision of the CRA Housing Council to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas.
