(a) The City Council reserves the right to re-evaluate the designation of Community Reinvestment Area No. 1 after 9-8-1986, at which time the City Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions, as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67.
(b) The Council reserves the right to re-evaluate the designation of Community Reinvestment Area No. 2 after 12-31-2016, at which time the Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions, as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67.
