§ 886.04 DESIGNATION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS HOUSING OFFICER.

To administer and implement the provisions of this chapter, the City of Xenia Planning and Zoning Department is hereby designated as the Housing Officer, as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.65 through 3735.70.
