To administer and implement the provisions of this Chapter and the CRA Program, the Director of the Development Services Department is hereby designated as the Housing Officer for each of the City's Community Reinvestment Areas to administer ORC 3735.65 to 3735.69. The Director is hereby authorized to, by administrative directive, designate any person within his or her Department to serve as the Housing Officer in his or her stead, or may designate one person to act as the Housing Officer for residential projects and another to act as the Housing Officer for commercial and industrial projects.
