The motor vehicle license tax shall be at the rate as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances, on each and every motor vehicle the district of registration of which, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4503.10, is the city.
