§ 862.10 REFUSAL OF PASSENGER TO PAY FARE.

No person shall refuse to pay the legal fare of any taxicab operated under the authority of this chapter after having hired the same, and no person shall hire any taxicab operated under the authority of this chapter with the intent to defraud the owner, operator or driver thereof of the value of such service.
