§ 862.02 DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a taxicab for hire upon the streets of the city, and no person who owns, operates or controls a taxicab shall permit it to be operated or driven, unless the driver of such taxicab shall have first obtained, and have in full force and effect, a driver’s license issued by the state.
