§ 860.05 GROOMING PARLORS; CONDITIONS.
   (a)   Not board animals, but keep the animals for a reasonable time in order to perform the business of grooming. This provision shall not prevent the existence of a grooming parlor and animal shelters, commercial kennels, pet shops, pet hotels and places where pets are boarded on the same premises, if each such establishment complies with all applicable provisions.
   (b)   Keep each animal in an individual cage.
   (c)   Not permit animals therein kept for the direct purpose of grooming to have contact with other animals kept therein.
   (d)   Sanitize all equipment after each animal has been groomed.
   (e)   Not prescribe treatment or medicine that is the province of a licensed veterinarian.
   (f)   Not leave animals unattended during the drying process.
   (g)   Take reasonable precautions to prevent injury from occurring to any animals while in the custody of the parlor.
