§ 858.19 PROHIBITION AGAINST PRESENCE OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
   (a)   A person commits a violation of this chapter if the person knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 years on the premises of a sexually oriented business.
   (b)   It shall be the duty of the operator, and of any employees on the premises to verify the ages of all patrons as being 18 years or older. It shall be unlawful for a person having a duty under this section to knowingly fail to fulfill that duty.
