(a) No sexually oriented business shall open to do business before 10:00 a.m. or remain open after 10:00 p.m., provided that, a sexually oriented business which has obtained a license to sell alcoholic beverages from the State of Ohio may remain open pursuant to the terms of that license, but may not conduct sexually oriented business activity after 10:00 p.m. No adult arcade, adult bookstore, adult novelty store, adult video store, adult cabaret, adult entertainment out-call service in the form of semi-nude dancing or exhibition, adult motion picture theater, adult theater or semi-nude model studio shall be open for business on any Sunday or a federal legal holiday. This subsection shall not apply to any business, regulated under both this chapter and section, which is not an adult arcade, adult bookstore, adult novelty store, adult video store, adult cabaret, adult entertainment out-call service in the form of semi-nude dancing or exhibition, adult motion picture theater, adult theater, or semi-nude model studio as the same is defined in this chapter.
(b) All building openings, entries, windows, and the like, for adult uses shall be located, covered or service in such a manner as to prevent a view into the interior from any public or semipublic area, sidewalk or street. For new construction, the building shall be oriented so as to minimize any possibility of viewing the interior from public or semipublic areas.
(c) No employees of the subject establishment shall conduct themselves outside the confines of the structure in such attire and/or by such actions that are distracting, distasteful and/or detrimental to adjacent business interests, residents or passers by.
