Live nudity is prohibited in any sexually oriented business including businesses where no alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed on the premises and regardless of whether a permit has been issued pursuant to this chapter. Any sexually oriented business that is found in violation of this section shall have its permit suspended pursuant to the provisions of § 858.08.
