§ 858.05 FEES.

The nonrefundable application fees for a sexually oriented business license or a sexually oriented business employee license shall be set by the City Council. These fees are as set forth in the fee schedule in Part Two - Title Twelve, Chapter 298 of these Codified Ordinances.
