Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and imprisoned not more than 30 days or both. Each additional violation within 12 months shall constitute a third degree misdemeanor subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
