§ 850.03 HOURS OF SOLICITATION.

No persons regulated by this chapter shall solicit in any way or for any purpose within the City of Xenia, Ohio, except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., during daylight hours, and only then provided that the person has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
