Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in a massage establishment, the license therefor shall be null and void. A new application shall be made by any person, association, firm or corporation desiring to own or operate the establishment. The provisions of §§ 840.05 and 840.06 shall apply to any person, association, firm or corporation applying for a massage establishment permit for premises previously used as such establishment.
