(a) Annually on or before January 1 of each year, every licensed massage establishment shall pay a renewal fee.
(b) Annually, on or before January 1 of each year, every licensed massage practitioner shall pay a renewal fee.
(c) The holder of an expired massage practitioner license may, within 30 days from the date of expiration, have the license renewed upon payment of the required renewal fee.
