§ 804.03 DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING MATTER.

Each person obtaining a license and engaged in distributing advertising matter under this chapter shall distribute the same in such a manner that it will not be thrown, cast or deposited in or upon any yard, doorstep, porch, street, alley, lane or public place within the city.
