§ 622.09 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE; INJUNCTION.

A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. In addition to other relief provided by this chapter, the Law Director may apply to the Court of Common Pleas for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of this chapter.
