§ 622.05 VOLUNTARY DESIGNATION OF NO-SMOKING AREAS IN PERMITTED SMOKING PLACES.
   The owner, manager or operator of any place in which smoking is permitted, pursuant to § 622.04, may voluntarily provide and designate no smoking areas to accommodate those persons annoyed or distressed by smoke. A violation of voluntarily designated no smoking areas is not subject to the penalty provisions of § 622.99.
