In the event the Community Relations Commission proposes to change any provision of this chapter or Chapter 276 of the Administration Code, the Community Relations Commission is required to hold a public hearing on the proposed changes prior to presenting the proposed changes to the City Council. The Community Relations Commission shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Chapter 206 of the Administration Code.
